Building CineAI at Glitch @ UCLA: From Pivot Hell to Cinematic AI
We started with a desktop assistant, pivoted to dementia therapy
AI, and ended up building a cinematic teaser generator with Gemini
3.1 and Veo 3.1 — all in 24 hours at the Gemini API Hackathon.

What I Learned Running the CGEV Pipeline on PubMedQA
Six months into my CGEV thesis — a frank breakdown of what worked,
what didn't (catastrophic forgetting is real), and why BioASQ
might fix our dataset ceiling problem.
